Job Summary: The Brand Lead will be responsible for driving the strategic development, positioning, and management of BirthRight's brand.
This individual will play a key role in defining the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and overseeing the execution of brand campaigns that drive customer loyalty, engagement, and business growth.
- The Brand Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product, and sales, to build a strong, impactful brand presence in the market.
- Focus Indicator Operations o Lead the development of the brand strategy, vision, and positioning to align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition and ensure it resonates with target audiences across all channels.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated brand campaigns (digital, print, TV, etc.) that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Partner with medical teams to ensure that new product launches align with the overall brand strategy and are communicated effectively to the market.
- Work with sales teams to ensure the brand message is consistently communicated during customer-facing interactions and in sales materials.
- Responsible for providing insights in planning and development of marketing communication strategies/plan in co-ordination with the departmental
- Execution of marketing collaterals such as corporate brochure and all marketing printing materials
- Oversee a team of and coordinate the activities related to Branding & Marketing with other team leaders/managers o Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines (customer)
- Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
- Work with various departments to ensure consistency and proper communication roll out plan on projects and the initiatives by various departments o Responsible for all internal branding campaigns & promotions
- Right vendor selection to work on various projects
- Monitor promotional expenses month on month to be within the budget o Develop promotional material in alignment with the brand strategy o Prepare Advertisement creative's, Visual Aids and Leaflets
- Control & Management of marketing related expenses
- Design a research-based brand strategy
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
- Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas
- Lead marketing team members through campaigns
- Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Work Experience - 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position and creative communication agency.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns and initiatives that drive measurable results.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with external agencies and partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure brand performance and make datadriven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
