- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies for RCH, a listed entity.
- This role is responsible for managing the company's external communications, enhancing its reputation, Leadership profiling ensuring compliance with regulatory communication standards, and effectively engaging with media, and other key stakeholders.
- Focus Indicator Operations o Build and maintain a positive public image for a company or organization.
- Planning, developing, and implementing PR strategy's location wise as well as at group level o Develop and implement a strategic corporate communications plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, vision, and brand.
- Work closely with the Secretarial and Compliance teams to ensure all external communications, press releases, and disclosures are in strict adherence to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Work in tandem with the Secretarial and Finance teams to ensure that all investor communication, including presentations, shareholder updates, and annual reports, complies with statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Secretarial, Legal, and Compliance teams to manage crisis communications involving regulatory or compliance issues, ensuring accurate and compliant responses.
- Provide guidance and leadership on key messaging, communication strategy, and positioning across multiple channels.
- Liaising with doctors, medical heads, facility heads, key internal stakeholders like the Leadership Team for implementing PR deliverables o Liaising with and answering enquiries from media
- Liaising with patients to understand stories and develop patient stories for media, online and offline usage , Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media

Collating and analyzing media coverage, keeping internal stakeholders informed about media coverage across various specialties , Writing and editing case studies, articles
- Organizing events including press conferences and press tours o Liaising with Online team to update information in the website in the news section
- Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis o Contribution to brand team on special project requirement o Increase Brand SOV and PR ad value for the brands
- Keeping an eye on competitors for different initiatives ,Develop top Leadership media explores in reputed media houses
- Organizing relationship building meeting with editorial levels and senior leadership of the company o Lead the development and execution of crisis communication plans, ensuring rapid, clear, and effective responses in the event of a crisis.
- Coordinate with legal, HR, and other departments to address sensitive issues with care o Handing and Managing Top Leadership LinkedIn profiles.
