Travel Compliance Coordinator

Role Summary

Travel Compliance Specialist will be to streamline all travel-related operations for our team. You'll be the go-to person for managing travel related policies, booking flights, hotels, travel insurance, managing travel budgets and ensuring the implementation of travel related compliance.

Responsibilities

1. Related policies to be updated on time based on requirement and current scenarios in place.
2. All travel related contracts are in place as per the process we have in place.
3. Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
4. Manage travel budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
5. Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies.
6. Keep track of travel expenses and invoices.
7. Stay informed about any travel advisories.
8. End to end reporting process and mechanism to be aligned.  
9. End to end information on visa requirements and categories of visas in place.
10. Contributing toward the compliance matter related with the business visa proceedings pertaining to employee and expats.
