Skills:

• Strong knowledge of visa processes, international travel regulations, and corporate travel booking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle last-minute changes, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Familiarity with travel management tools or systems(e.g., Concur, Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
