Coordinate and implement end-to-end logistics online and in-person learning offerings, ensuring all pre- and post-event communications are sent.
Facilitate or provide support for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and serve as a technical producer in virtual classrooms.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and functional leads to ensure the successful delivery and completion of New Hire Orientation.
Administer and maintain the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring smooth operations, content management, enrolment, and scheduling all learning programs.
Develop and update standardized tools and reporting systems for consistent access to learning data and generate both standard and custom reports.
Support regular reporting on learning metrics including usage, completion, satisfaction, and other key indicators.
Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
