Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Person to oversee the successful delivery of a Technical Training Program with a leading educational institution. The Program aims to equip students with industry-relevant technical skills. The Program Head will be responsible for managing the academic and operational aspects of the program, ensuring its seamless execution and alignment with educational goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the academic team, including faculty members and trainers, ensuring high-quality content delivery and adherence to the curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of faculty members, providing feedback and organizing professional development opportunities as needed.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational plan for the program, including timelines, resource allocation, and contingency planning.
• Coordinate with college administration, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
• Oversee the scheduling of classes, examinations, and feedback sessions, ensuring no conflicts with students academic calendar.
• Monitor attendance and participation rates, identifying and addressing any issues proactively.
• Act as the primary liaison between the institution, students, faculty, and the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• Proven experience in academic program management, technical training, or a related role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in technical education and training.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
