Job Description
- Content Development: The faculty members should develop the required content for various courses like CAT, MCET, GRE, GMAT, ICET, IIT-F . The development of the content will involve the following activities.
Research:- Understanding the paper patterns
- Analysis of the questions in terms of the difficulty level
- Second guessing the examiner
- Development: After the initial research, the development activity starts with
- developing of introduction to chapters
- developing questions and solutions
- developing solutions
- Proofing: The faculty should check
- Topic Introduction
- The correctness of questions and solutions
- The quality of the questions and the difficulty level
- Formations: The faculty should do the question formations required for the various exams. He should be personally involved in writing the question formations for all the material. The difficulty level of the questions should be the same as that required by the respective board.
- Able to take classes Off-line in multiple locations, Online format
- Able to record academic content in the studios.
- Able to handle doubt clarifying sessions
