Management Trainee - People & Culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Documentation and maintaining employee database.
• Taking care of the training and development aspect of employees.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
