Strategy and Project Development Manager

FuelBuddy is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon.

About the Role:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives.

- Conduct market research, analysis, and industry trend analysis. Prepare reports and presentations.

- Develop and evaluate new business opportunities and growth strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.

- Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress.

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of experience in a strategic role within a high-growth

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis. Experience with market research and competitive intelligence.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- MBA preferred.
