Job Description
- Project Coordination Assist in the coordination and management of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
- Monitoring & Reporting Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Resource Management Help manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient utilization and allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Quality Assurance Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Process Improvement Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Risk Management Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the PMO team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
