Bachelor s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Masters degree preferred
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in progressively responsible positions
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive operational improvements
Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs

Process Optimization: Analyse existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency
