As a member of our ServiceNow team, we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a highpaced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective, but also a relationship perspective.

- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
- Ticket Quality and deliverables review, Status Reporting for the project.
- Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.

Position Requirements
Required Skills
Primary Skill ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, ATF, Javascript.
Secondary Skill Reporting, Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Azure devops, Git
Data Analyst
- Should have minimum 3 year s hands on experience on Service Now Application like GRC/IRM, ITSM, ITBM
- Should have minimum 3 years hands on Experience on ITIL, ITSM modules.
- Should have minimum 3 years working understanding of ServiceNow ATF, Tricentis Tosca
- Should have the ability to understand complex business and functional requirements.
- Should have superior analytical skills in analyzing user, functional and technical requirements
- Should have ability to practical application of the Testing Concepts in daytoday project activities.
- Should have ability to derive the Test Scenarios from the Business Requirements.
- Should have working understanding in Test Design and writing detailed test cases based on user scenarios.
- Should have working understanding of analyzing test execution results and the creation of appropriate test metrics.
- Should have working understanding of the defect management process.
- Should have working understanding of ServiceNow Test Management and Agile
- Should have working understanding of automation testing concepts and hands on ServiceNow ATF
- Should have working understanding of Automation execution like preparing smoke test scenarios and execution in continuous basis with each deployment
- Should have ability to enhance automation scripts to build a regression suite.
- Should have working understanding of software testing techniques and strategies.
- Should working understanding in Mobile Testing.
- Should have working understanding of the various Test Management and Defect Management tools.
- Should have working understanding of quality assurance and/or software development processes and methodologies, with the ability to share that knowledge with peers, and project team members.
- Should have excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
