Role Description Human Resource Intern: Join TEMS Tech Solutions as a Human Resource Intern and play a crucial role in supporting the company s HR initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced HR professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidate interviews.

Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.

Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.

Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events and activities.

Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation programs, including answering employee queries and processing documentation.

Help with performance management processes, including tracking and documenting employee performance reviews.

Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements:

Passion for human resources, technology, and business, with a strong desire to pursue a career in HR or a related field.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Previous coursework, projects, or internship experience in HR or related fields is advantageous but not required.
