● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or event management industries.

● Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.

● Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

● Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize revenue.

● Analytical mind-set: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to inform strategies.
