Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to join our Diagnostics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing corporate tie-ups to drive revenue growth. This role involves engaging with corporate clients, ensuring long-term partnerships, and promoting diagnostic services tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Client Acquisition:
Identify and target corporate clients, including large enterprises, SMEs, insurance companies, and wellness programs, for diagnostic services.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and create a pipeline of prospective clients.
Approach HR heads, wellness program managers, and key decision-makers to secure partnerships.
Corporate Tie-Ups:
Establish and manage corporate tie-ups for diagnostic packages, health check-ups, and preventive healthcare services.
Develop customized diagnostic plans tailored to the specific needs of each corporate partner.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the company and the client.
Business Development:
Generate business opportunities through regular client meetings, presentations, and relationship management.
Explore opportunities for B2B tie-ups, including employee wellness initiatives, health camps, and other corporate healthcare programs.
Work on RFPs, proposals, and presentations to pitch services to potential corporate clients.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Act as the single point of contact for corporate partners, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate health check-ups and diagnostic services.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at corporate clients.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor sales performance against revenue targets and provide regular updates to management.
Track key metrics such as client acquisition, revenue growth, and client retention.
Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and document client interactions.
Industry Engagement:
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars to build networks and promote diagnostic services.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging corporate healthcare demands.
