Location : Delhi/NCR
NOTE : Candidates dealing with direct sales to HNI Clients preferred
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our luxury shower enclosure and sanitary ware segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and expanding our client base in the premium and luxury lifestyle market. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury products, sales strategies, and an ability to build lasting relationships with elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development efforts for luxury shower enclosures and sanitary ware products, specifically targeting HNIs and premium clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and other influencers in the luxury space.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities and increase market share in the luxury lifestyle segment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional campaigns for the target audience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless buying experience and post-sale support.
- Identify emerging trends in luxury interior products and leverage those insights to drive innovation and business growth.
- Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in the luxury or high-end real estate, home decor, or sanitary ware sectors.
- Strong network within the luxury market, particularly among HNIs and high-end interior design professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A deep understanding of premium lifestyle products, with an eye for design and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- fBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
