Manager - Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the employee transportation sector by targeting corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, and Procurement teams of companies requiring employee transportation solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, negotiation, and closure of deals.
- Ensure customer retention and account growth through continuous engagement and support.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales in the employee transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate employee transport solutions, shuttle services, and cab aggregators.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales performance with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Existing network and client base in corporate transport and mobility solutions.
- Experience in handling large-scale corporate contracts and service agreements.
