About the Role:
- Aa a business Development Manager for IT Services and Staff Augmentation, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities within the technology sector.
- This role demands a deep understanding of IT services, staff augmentation, and outsourcing solutions, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- You will play a key role in developing strategies to expand the company's market share, revenue streams, and long-term client partnerships.
Key Skills and Qualification:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Business Development within the IT Staffing & Augmentation industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- MBA is a plus.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation: Skilled in handling negotiations and closing deals.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with IT terminologies, roles, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the IT Services and Staff Augmentation domain, including but not limited to: IT Consulting Software Development IT Infrastructure Management Cloud Computing Cybersecurity Staffing Solutions (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Permanent) Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients, including C-level executives, IT Directors, and hiring managers.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and build industry connections. Sales & Account Management: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and on-boarding. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address client needs and proactively propose solutions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales progress.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
- Share market intelligence and competitive insights with the team.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
