Job Title: Key Account Manager A&C.

Role Overview:
- The role involves managing sales activities, including organizing, developing, and maintaining a region capable of achieving sales objectives under the supervision of the Sales & Marketing Manager A&C.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Science degree (BSc, B.Pharma) required; MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of continuous experience in selling aesthetic dermatology products, diagnostic equipment, high-end surgical equipment, medical devices, or orthopedic equipment.
Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office in a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with sales tracking and reporting software.
Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to engage in B2B discussions and craft solutions based on organizational needs.
- Provide actionable solutions to stakeholders to create value.
- Align cross-functional teams on customer needs, account objectives, and strategic interaction plans.
- Understand clinical needs and differentiate between competing products.
- Consider financial drivers and market positions to guide customer and account decisions.
- Build extensive networks across functions and levels to assemble resources for customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales budgets for the region and recommend sales objectives and strategies.
- Submit accurate monthly sales forecasts.
- Effectively communicate product benefits through regular practice and learning.
- Gather and analyze customer information to develop personalized business growth plans.
- Participate in strategic regional planning and align with long-term account goals.
- Meet doctors as per set visit frequencies, maintain call averages, and ensure 90%+ coverage.
- Implement marketing initiatives and medical training activities to drive business growth.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, plans, and expense details using designated tools.
- Work closely with key accounts to ensure effective usage and satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on promotions and campaigns.
- Develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region to advocate for the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical, logistics) to optimize account management.
- Stay updated on relevant business, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in training sessions for personal and professional development.
- Identify decision-makers within accounts and influence them to drive decisions.
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze their product usage within the accounts.
