Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies (4-5 yrs)

Job Title : Agile Scrum Master.

Experience : 4+ years.

Location : Gurgaon.

- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g , Jira, Trello).

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, values, and best practices.

- Help teams identify and remove impediments that are blocking their progress.

- Work with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.

- Ensure the team has a clear understanding of the sprint goals and objectives.

- Monitor team progress and identify any potential risks or issues.

- Generate reports on sprint burndown, velocity, and other key metrics.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters.

- Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team.

- Continuously strive to improve team performance and efficiency.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the team's Agile practices.

- Ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies and best practices.
