Position Summary :

We are seeking a technically sound Scrum Master / Project Manager with experience in large-scale projects, cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. This role involves managing Agile teams and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Agile principles, project management best practices, and cloud technology, ensuring seamless execution of technical projects.

Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) and coach the team on Agile best practices.

- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to scope.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and DevOps) to ensure timely and successful delivery of cloud-based solutions.

- Oversee cloud service integration with Microsoft Azure and AWS, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business goals.

- Identify and remove impediments that may impact the progress of the development team and ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, resource allocation, and performance metrics (such as velocity and burndown charts).

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, upper management, and external parties.

- Guide teams on technical requirements and ensure effective use of Azure/AWS services, leveraging DevOps practices such as CI/CD and infrastructure as code.

- Track team and project performance using tools like Azure Boards, JIRA and Confluence, ensuring continuous improvement of Agile processes.

Skills/Experience Required :

- Min 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager role.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.

- Experience managing software development projects and technical teams, including developers and DevOps engineers.

- Proficient in project management tools such as Azure Board, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP certification is a plus.
