We're looking for a Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution, bridging business needs with technical solutions. Youll drive digital transformation, streamline processes, and ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Project Management

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven projects on time & within budget.
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Implement Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as needed.

💡 Tech & Functional Expertise

• Translate business needs into functional & technical specifications.
• Oversee system implementations, integrations, and migrations.
• Hands-on expertise in Banking & Financial applications (Mobile & Internet Banking, Credit Cards, Loans, etc.).

🤝 Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
• Conduct status meetings, report key project insights, and drive user adoption.

⚙️ Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies and drive automation & digital transformation.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies & industry best practices.

What You Bring

🛠 Technical Skills

• Experience with system architecture, API integrations, and data flows
• Knowledge of SDLC & banking domain applications.

📊 Project & Functional Expertise

• Business process mapping, requirement gathering, and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project.
• PMP, CSM, PRINCE2 (preferred).
