Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi for a Technical Project Manager at Falcon. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, ensuring their successful completion, and managing project teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Manage project budgets and track expenses.

- Execute projects according to plan, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including engineers, developers, and testers.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Assign tasks, track progress, and provide guidance and support to team members.

- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.

- Possess a strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.

- Be able to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.

- Effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.

- Be able to identify and resolve technical roadblocks.

- Effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and internal teams.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and best practices.

- Identify opportunities to optimize project workflows and increase efficiency.

- Contribute to the development of project management methodologies within the organization.

- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget tracking.

- Maintain accurate project documentation.

- Ensure all project deliverables are properly documented.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the FinTech or banking industry.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-native technologies and platforms.

- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.

- Knowledge of banking and financial products.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
