Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and deliver complex HR technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Utilize agile or waterfall methodologies, as appropriate, to drive project progress and ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, time tracking, offboarding, performance management, and workforce management.
- Implement and optimize HR technology solutions, including time tracking and scheduling tools, to enhance efficiency and improve user experience.
- Possess a strong understanding of custom application development principles and practices.
- Leverage analytical tools, such as BI publishers, to generate insightful reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define a comprehensive HR technology roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and priorities.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Clearly document project progress, risks, and changes.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the HR technology roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends that can enhance HR processes and capabilities.
- Align technology solutions with business needs and ensure scalability for future growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience1 as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in the HR technology domain.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Experience implementing and managing HR technology solutions, including time tracking and scheduling tools.
- Experience with custom application development and integration.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools, such as BI publishers, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with agile or waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with specific HRIS platforms (e.g. , Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Experience with cloud based HR solutions
