MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on large-scale, high-impact projects in technology or financial services.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Deep expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and advanced reporting frameworks.

- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across engineering, product, and compliance functions.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS :

- Experience in the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment.

- Mastery of Agile methodologies and experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations.

- PMP, PgMP, or other advanced program management certifications.
