Senior Manager - Business Development

Role Description:

- This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Development Manager focusing on IT staffing in India.

- The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Experience in IT staffing and business development.

- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft, webMethods, Dell Boomi, Apigee, or similar technologies.

- Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and remotely.

- Experience in the IT industry or related fields.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Indian IT staffing market, focusing on clients in various industries. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target accounts and expand market share. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Understand client needs and proactively address their staffing challenges. Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on staffing best practices and industry trends.

Sales Execution:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Accurately forecast sales and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters, delivery managers, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the IT staffing space. Leverage market intelligence to inform sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT staffing and business development roles. Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities within the Indian market.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft, webMethods, Dell Boomi, Apigee, or similar integration technologies. Understanding of IT industry trends and emerging technologies.

Skills:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and remotely with strong self discipline and time-management skills. Proficient in using CRM and other sales tools.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
