Job Description:
- As a Sales Manager at CCI Logistics, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.
- You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor team performance and take corrective action as needed.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
