- Role & responsibilities
- Analyze escrow accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage loan servicing activities, including payment processing and customer communication
- Review and maintain mortgage insurance policies and ensure timely renewals
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan servicing and escrow accounts
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in loan servicing, escrow analysis, or mortgage insurance
