Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced Analytics Resource to support our Risk Analytics and Covenant Monitoring team in the Commercial Credit space.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in automation tools, and a solid background in banking.

- This role involves managing and mentoring junior team members while ensuring effective communication and presentation of analytical findings.

- Key Responsibilities - Conduct Risk analytics and Covenant monitoring for commercial credit portfolios.

- Automate reporting and analysis processes using Excel, VBA, and other tools.

- Utilize SAS and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

- Lead projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.

- Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

- Create and present comprehensive decks to stakeholders, summarizing insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk analytics and commercial credit.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and VBA.

- Advanced Excel skills, particularly in automation and data analysis.

- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to create impactful presentations and decks.

- Banking exposure, particularly in risk analytics and credit assessment.

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Analytics and Risk Management.
