Group Manager - Digital Marketing

Role & responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Social Media (FB, TW, YT), Programmatic, ABM, Email and other reach platforms.
• Create Ads and variations to achieve benchmark KPIs
• Set up and optimize campaigns within each platform to reach prospects.
• Strategize and execute Account based marketing campaigns
• Generate qualified leads
• Campaign analysis and optimization, cross platform
• Collaborate with other departments (business units, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Requirements and skills:

• Over 8-10 years of proven working experience in Digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
• Excellent campaign optimization and analysis skills.
• Adept at marketing automation.
• Fluent with Google Adwords, Display, FB Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Zoominfo, Salesforce, ABM Tools like (Demandbase, Lead forensics, etc) and Pardot/HubSpot
• Campaign Management and analysis. Fluent with data studio, Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, FB .
• Quick learner and flexible to learning new technologies and platforms on the job.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Fluency in English.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations is ideal, but not limited.
