Job Description
As a Key Account Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with key clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to key clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of key clients.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to key clients, including performance metrics, project updates, and upcoming developments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the IT or software industry.
