Cybersecurity Architect For Networks

As a Cybersecurity Architect for Networks, you will:

• Design & Architecture:
  • Develop and implement secure network architectures that align with business and security objectives.
  • Create network security blueprints, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and secure network zones.
• Security Policy Development:
  • Establish and enforce network security policies, procedures, and standards to mitigate security risks.
• Threat Management:
  • Identify, assess, and address network vulnerabilities and threats through proactive monitoring and incident response.
  • Collaborate with security operations teams to investigate and remediate security incidents.
• Network Hardening:
  • Implement network hardening measures to protect against internal and external threats.
  • Configure and maintain security appliances and devices, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Compliance & Audits:
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e. g. , ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Participate in security audits and assessments, providing necessary documentation and evidence.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with IT, DevOps, and application development teams to integrate security into all network layers.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and security analysts.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network security architecture, configurations, and procedures.
