Job Summary

As a PPC Specialist at Web Neural Infotech, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase traffic, generate leads, and improve ROI. Your primary goal will be to drive qualified traffic to AI, ML, and Big Data-driven solutions through strategic bidding, keyword research, ad copy optimization, and performance analysis. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure PPC campaigns align with the company s goals and objectives.

This role is perfect for freshers with a passion for digital advertising and experienced professionals looking to drive impactful results through paid search marketing.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • PPC Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Keyword Research : Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-converting keywords.
  • Ad Copy Creation : Write and optimize compelling ad copy that aligns with targeted keywords and audience segments.
  • Bid Management : Manage and optimize bidding strategies to ensure the best cost-per-click (CPC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Performance Monitoring : Track, analyze, and report on PPC campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools.
  • A/B Testing : Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Landing Page Optimization : Collaborate with the web and design teams to optimize landing pages for better conversions.
  • Remarketing : Implement and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage previous site visitors and increase conversions.
  • Budget Management : Monitor and manage PPC budgets, ensuring the best allocation of resources to achieve campaign goals.
  • Competitor Analysis : Analyze competitors PPC campaigns and keywords to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • PPC Platforms : Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
    • Keyword Research Tools : Experience with keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
    • Analytics : Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking to monitor PPC performance and ROI.
    • A/B Testing : Experience in conducting A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to maximize conversions.
    • Bid Management : Knowledge of automated bidding strategies and manual bid adjustments.
    • Copywriting : Strong skills in writing persuasive and engaging ad copy.
    • Landing Page Optimization : Familiarity with landing page design best practices and tools like Unbounce or Instapage.
    • Excel/Sheets : Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign reporting and analysis.
    • Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
    Qualification & Experience Required
    • Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Certifications (Preferred) :
      • Google Ads Certification , Facebook Blueprint Certification , or Microsoft Advertising Certification .
    • Experience :
      • Freshers with hands-on PPC experience or coursework/projects are encouraged to apply.
      • 1-3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably with a focus on Google Ads or Bing Ads.
