Job Description
WN Infotech is looking for an Exploratory Test Engineer to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will focus on identifying software defects through unscripted testing methods, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
- Perform exploratory testing on software applications to identify defects.
- Design and execute test scenarios without predefined scripts.
- Document and report bugs and issues clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve defects.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide feedback on user experience and product design.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies and findings.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices.
- Experience with exploratory testing techniques.
- Ability to think creatively and identify edge cases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with the team.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on exploratory testing.
- Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
