Job Description

Job Summary

As a Technical Support Specialist at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the companys clients. You will diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, install and configure computer systems, and offer guidance to users on how to effectively utilize company software and hardware.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
Troubleshoot network and system problems.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Document technical support activities and solutions for future reference.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
