BI & Reporting Analyst

Data Analysis and Reporting :

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create, maintain, and improve business intelligence dashboards and reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across departments.

Collaboration and Strategy :

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing accurate and timely data.

Tool Utilization and Optimization :

• Develop and maintain reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Automate data workflows and reporting processes for efficiency.

Data Quality and Governance :

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by implementing validation and auditing processes.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data storage and access.

Training and Documentation :

• Conduct training sessions for team members on BI tools and best practices.
• Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.

Educational Qualification :

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• A Master s degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience :

• 2-6 years of experience in BI, reporting, or data analysis roles.
• Proven track record of developing impactful BI dashboards and reports.
