BI and Reporting Analyst

Were searching for a Power BI and Reporting Analyst with a proven record of harnessing data for organizational improvement. The BI reporting analyst is responsible for creating and delivering Business reports to YNVs group of operations and other team. Accountable to perform reporting, and operational metrics tracking, analyzing financial data, and a wide range of activities including gathering business requirements and translating to Data/IT requirements, gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results. The role will operate within the Business Analytics unit under the Business Analytics Global Manager.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and business owners in the design, implementation, and maintenance of scorecards, standard reports, and various workflows.
• Proactively transform the business needs into technical specifications.
• Support periodic processes from reporting perspective, including planning, forecasting, budgeting.
• Design and incubate automation reporting solutions.
• Ability to analyze and relate relevant information/data from multiple sources.
• Extract existing data to calculate/format into presentable reports, charts, and graphs.
• Help stakeholders devise and develop reporting solutions for new or existing business needs.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the reports.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, multitask, and work collaboratively with virtual teams.
• Manage the prioritization queue and provide SLA standard of response times to requestors.
• The willingness to meet tight deadlines and work with flexibility.

Qualifications

In this role:

• Bachelors degree in computer science and/or statistical analysis preferred.
• Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral.
• Experience developing comprehensive reports and useful visualizations.
• 3+ years of relevant reporting experience.
• Excellent IT skills, specifically advanced PowerBI, MS Excel, and intermediate level for MS SQL.
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
• Ability to create visualizations that help informed decision-making.
• Experience of Modelling, DAX, Power Query editing.
