Retail Associate

• Customer Service:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience for every customer.
• Sales:
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about promotions, discounts, and sales events.
• Merchandising:
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Restock and arrange merchandise as needed to maintain an appealing store layout.
  • Ensure all products are priced correctly and displays are visually appealing.
  • Assist with inventory counts and product stocking.
• Operations:
  • Follow store policies and procedures for opening, closing, and security.
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store security measures.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
