Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  
• Design and develop training programs to address identified needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
  
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation metrics such as knowledge transfer, skill acquisition, and behavioral change.
  
• Provide coaching support to learners during the implementation phase of new skills or behaviors.
