Payroll Officer

Payroll Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing. This includes managing all payroll-related tasks such as timekeeping, wage computation, and payroll distribution.

Process Management: You will oversee and manage all HR-related processes. This includes developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

HR Operations: You will manage day-to-day HR operations. This includes handling HR-related inquiries, managing HR databases, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Human Resources Metrics, Reporting, and Financial Management: You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing HR metrics, preparing HR reports, and managing the HR budget. This includes forecasting HR expenses, monitoring HR financial performance, and making recommendations for cost savings.

Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This includes analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.

Business & Commercial Acumen: You will need to understand the business and commercial aspects of our organization. This includes understanding our business model, market trends, and customer needs.
