Key skills for the job
1. Manage new employee BGV process end to end by following entity guidelines and bring closure in coordination with the BGV agency (Must). 2. For BGV insufficiency cases, the acumen will be responsible to arrange alternate contact details for the insufficiency components and share it with the agency for bringing BGV closures on time (Must). 3. For unclear reports, putting BGV case to the business HR Heads for their feedback/suggestions and secure approval if the candidature is required to be considered (Must). 4. Maintaining BGV trackers on real time basis. 5. Maintaining 100% SLA of BGV closures by keeping QC of the reports as top parameter (Must). 6. Verifying BGV invoices and coordination with vendor payment team for release of BGV payment settlements on timely basis. 7. Taking care of Ex BGV and providing closures within SLAs (Must). 8. Doing followups with employees to submit their goals and following up with managers for goal approvals and sharing progress analytics dashboard to the business (Must). 9. Doing inhouse trainee payroll for 100 trainees by calculating pay days, deductions, creating bank upload files, getting master and bank file audited and ensure 100% correct salary disbursement and calculations (Training will be given to perform this KPI). 10. Acumen will be creating HR dashboards as & when required.
