Section Head-Operations-Production-Spinning

1) Strategic Planning and Implementation 1.1 To ensure manpower planning and deployment strategy in co-ordination with IR to achieve targeted PPP(per person productivity). 1.2 To plan and implement all spin plan changes in department. 1.3 To ensure implementation of Maintenance / Engineering Schedule. 1.4 Preparation of spin plan for ringframe,open end and TFO in co-ordination with PPC,marketing and business head. 2) Co-ordination and Communication 2.1 To plan and implement job work activities in co-ordination with PPC and job worker 2.2 To communicate views / informations from Top Management to shop floor workers. 2.3 To initiate the process of continious improvement and cost saving . 3) Target Setting 3.1 To ensure setting and optimization of process parameters productwise and processwise. 4) Review and Kick Off Meetings 4.1 To review all production and quality related parameters with internal customers. 4.2 To review all quality related issues with external customers. 4.3 To conduct communication meeting with supervisors and also with jobbers and have regular interaction with workers 5) Statutory Compliances 5.1 To ensure implementation and follow-up of work practices,discipline and SOPs in all sections of spinning. 5.2 To contribute to formation of company policies e.g. Canteen,welfare etc. 6) Team Management . 6.1 To guide all the team members and formulate a second line for smooth functioning of the department. 7) Innovation and Development 7.1 To contribute in the development of new product/value added products.
