Role Deliverables :
1. Zone Responsibility : Responsible as Sales and Business Development Lead for Entire North ,East and Gujarat Region of India .
2. Growth Mindset Professional : To expand Sales coverage to enhance business Opportunities.
3. Target Achivement : To develop strategies plans for the team, set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for team.
4. Sales Strategy :Good commercial sense in business applications in order to develop strategy for differentiation and enhance profitability achievement .
5. Business Development : Develop new customers and relationships in an effort to grow future business . Ensure Qualifications with new customers for newer future programs .
6. Customer Experience : Undertake full responsibility for customer service and client satisfaction .
Job Requirements :
1. Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in Sales / Business Development Domain
2. Industry: Technical Textiles / B2B
3. Education: Engineer / Other Graduate with MBA specializing in Sales or Marketing
4. Location: Delhi (Welspun Office)
Other Requirements :
5. Strong Follow up and negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
6. Solution Mindset with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven and goal-oriented.
8. Travel Requirements : 50 60 % Depending on the Business Requirements .
9. Representing Welspun in Industry Conferences , Exhibitions and Events to enhance relationships .
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, SCM and Plant teams to ensure seamless service to Customers .
