Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary IT Engineering Head to lead our engineering team, driving innovation, excellence, and alignment with organizational goals. This role demands a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engineering Leadership:
   
• Oversee the end-to-end engineering function, including development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and deliver high-quality solutions.
2. Technical Strategy:
   
• Define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmaps in alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into the organizations tech stack where applicable.
3. Team Management:
   
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
4. Project Management:
   
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to prioritize and execute on key initiatives.
5. Process Optimization:
   
• Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Establish robust monitoring, documentation, and reporting processes.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with C-level executives, product managers, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
7. Compliance and Security:
   
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Strengthen the organization's cybersecurity and data protection protocols.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 11 to 17 years of experience in software development, engineering leadership, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in [Specify Tech Stack, e.g., Python, Java, Cloud, DevOps].
• Proven experience in architecting scalable solutions and managing large-scale projects.
• Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product-based organizations or startups.
• Hands-on experience with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Blockchain, or IoT.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) or relevant technical domains.
