Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for HCM projects, including HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, and talent management.
Process Analysis: Analyze existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Solution Design: Design and document functional and technical specifications for HCM solutions.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
Testing: Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality of HCM solutions.
Implementation: Support the implementation of HCM solutions, including configuration, data migration, and user training.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for HCM systems.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business users.
Mandatory to have:
7+ years of experience as a BA
Knowledge of HCM applications and systems.
Desired experience:
Experience of having implemented a HCM
