Required skill and experience: A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Asset Intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Process, Manufacturing). Understanding of data driven programs and stakeholder alignment within the asset intensive industry Experience of positioning both SAAS applications and services within the target industries Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota. Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to navigate them effectively. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead discussions and influence buying decisions. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM / ERP platform. Good network with System Integrators. Previous experience working with OEMs and/or Big Four Services Organizations (a plus). Willingness to Travel across UAE for Business.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Provide ongoing support and coaching to assigned sales representatives. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
