Finance Data Analyst

Job Title: Sr. Finance Data Analyst
Location: Noida or Remote
Shift: 2-11 pm IST
Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 times a week in office)

Job Description:
Serve as the data and reporting lead for the ERP system ensuring data cleansing, validations, data integrity, report writing, audits and recommendations for improvements.
Performs data validation testing changes before implementation, conduct audit reporting and dashboard for data integrity to avoid negative downstream impacts and streamline data migration in production.
Performs and coordinates the data validations in all Finance modules and transactions (Customers, Suppliers, AP, AR, GL, UBR etc.)
Coordinates the data validations with IT and Business teams across all systems (ATS, HCM and ERP), ensuring seamless data migration and integration
Leads the data reporting and analytics strategy to meet the needs of the business.
Provide regular status updates, convey problems and areas of improvement to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelors degree in finance, or a related field.
Must have three (3) years of experience with migration and data analysis of Finance/ERP system
Expert in report writing, SQL queries for report creation and data analysis.
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills to serve others.
