Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, data owners, and technical teams, to ensure alignment of goals and expectations

Data Mapping & TransformationDefine data mapping rules between source and target systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness

Oversee the development of data transformation logic and ensure compliance with business and technical requirements

Identify and resolve any data-related issues, such as data discrepancies, transformations, and validation failures

Tool Evaluation & ImplementationEvaluate and recommend data migration tools, platforms, and technologies that fit the specific needs of the project

Oversee the implementation of these tools, ensuring they are integrated effectively with other systems

Data Quality & ValidationEnsure data quality standards are maintained throughout the migration process, including data cleansing and validation activities

Conduct post-migration testing and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the migrated data

Documentation & ReportingCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes, mappings, and designs

Prepare reports and status updates for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility throughout the migration process

Risk ManagementIdentify potential risks and issues during the migration process, and implement mitigation strategies

Proactively resolve any challenges that arise during the migration lifecycle to minimize disruption

UI/UX DesignCollaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts and interactions
