Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Coordination:
    Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of services.
  • Cross-functional Coordination (SAP, API, NAV Teams):
    Work closely with SAP, API, and NAV teams to ensure integration requirements are met and technical challenges are addressed efficiently.
  • Report and Ticket Management:
    Maintain and manage accurate reports, track and resolve tickets through the Web Edge platform, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
  • Pre- & Post-Sales Support:
    Provide technical support during both the pre-sales and post-sales phases, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and client onboarding assistance.
  • Client Coordination for Technical Requirements:
    Communicate with clients to understand and document their server and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with the companys solutions.
  • Client Onboarding and Communication:
    Send welcome emails and provide necessary documentation to new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Management Information System (MIS) Maintenance:
    Maintain and update MIS reports regularly, providing key insights and metrics to leadership for decision-making purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a coordination or support role, preferably in a technical or IT-related environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SAP, API integrations, and NAV systems is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools, ticketing systems, and reporting platforms (e.g., JIRA, Web Edge, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional team coordination.
