Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead Webtels marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and establish Webtel as a thought leader in compliance and enterprise technology through compelling content, campaigns, and strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Develop impactful marketing content, including case studies, blogs, product videos, sales collaterals, and website content, to enhance product positioning and drive engagement.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective adoption and market impact.
• Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across digital, paid, and email channels, optimizing for measurable results and business growth.
• Manage Webtels online presence, including social media platforms, to enhance brand reputation and engagement. Drive thought leadership through LinkedIn and other channels in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Execute PR campaigns targeting CFOs, CIOs, and other key audiences to build brand visibility and trust.
• Organize and promote Webtel at industry events, including conferences, tradeshows, and roundtables, to build mindshare and generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, tech, enterprise, or startup environments.
• Proven expertise in content marketing, SEO, and lead generation campaign execution across digital and email channels.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns for results.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics to drive informed decisions.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
